2010 CBC Tournament Registration

The form below represents a "Request for Entry" to the indicated, Charlotte Baseball Club Tournament. Tournament entry is not guaranteed until payment has been tendered and a confirmation of acceptance has been received. You may submit your registration via email or complete the form and mail it with your payment ($395) to the address below. Make checks payable to CBC.

Tournament T-Shirts are available for $10. Sizes YS-YL and S-XL are available. Please include the total shirts below with your order.

Your registration acceptance will be acknowledged by email, fax or phone confirmation once your entry fee has been received.
